I love Liberty London tana lawn fabric but I don’t love the full price at $36 per yard. A few months ago I discovered that Amazon sells Liberty fabric at sale prices. I’ve found Liberty prints on sale as low as $22 per yard – that’s almost a 40% discount off the full price!

Amazon changes their selection of Liberty prints on sale frequently so you’ll need to check often if a print you like is discounted. At the time of this post the Betsy Ann I have in the photo is no longer listed on Amazon although it was on sale for $23 per yard when I checked the day before.
Fortunately the other 3 prints are still on sale if you love these Liberty classics like I do. First up Margaret Annie on the left and and Betsy Ann on the right which is unfortunately no longer available but other colors of Betsy Ann are available at a sale price of $27.20 per yard. Amazon changes their inventory often so this colorway may be available at a later time.

Since the prices are low, you may be wondering if the Liberty fabric is authentic. I know it’s real Liberty fabric because of two reasons. First, I’ve purchased many times on Amazon and compared it to fabric I’ve purchased from Liberty London and don’t see any difference. Second, the Liberty fabric orders are fulfilled by fabric.com but since they’re owned by Amazon the authenticity of the fabric is actually backed by Amazon – a company whose market cap is over $1.6 trillion.
I check for Liberty fabrics on sale by searching for “liberty fabrics tana lawn” and sort prices from low to high. The first page of results are normally quilting fabric and I typically have to go to the second page of results before I see the Liberty prints currently on sale. There are normally about 15 prints on sale under $25 per yard and more at $27.20 per yard. The sale selection changes daily and a print at $22 per yard can change to $33 the next day.
